Emmett is a super sweet 3-4 year old pit bull mix. He weighs about 45 lbs but needs to gain some weight. He turned as a stray at a hospital without an adoption program in a very neglected condition. He was very underweight and covered in fleas. Emmett is currently in a foster home with three other dogs. His ideal home will have a female dog, if any. We haven't seen him around cats or small animals. Emmett has proven to be a special guy. He is housebroken, crate trained, friendly to dogs and kids and also to perfect strangers. He rides well in the car and is pretty mellow in the house. He loves chew bones and snuggling. And he loves to go out for walks. He barks with joy and his whole body wiggles with glee when you break out his leash. He walks well on leash and wags his tail the whole way.
